Blasts Murphy for his silence regarding sexual harassment allegations against Cuomo.
Jack Ciattarelli, the presumptive Republican nominee for governor of New Jersey, today demanded that Governor Phil Murphy release his communications with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo regarding their policies forcing COVID-19 positive patients into nursing homes and blasted Murphy for his silence regarding the accusations of sexual harassment lodged against Cuomo.
The New Jersey Constitutional Republicans, a 2500 member group of Republicans dedicated to educating the public and elected officials about the U.S. Constitution and how it protects Americans’ freedom, endorsed Jack Ciattarelli for New Jersey Governor today.
Jack Ciattarelli, the presumptive Republican nominee for Governor of New Jersey, today called upon the State Legislature to empanel an independent commission to investigate into the thousands of deaths in NJ nursing homes and long term care facilities that resulted from Governor Phil Murphy’s mandate that those facilities admit COVID-19 positive patients.
Ciattarelli suggested the commission be modeled after the 9/11 Commission which was chaired by former Governor Tom Kean.
Let me explain how political endorsements usually work. Someone’s press secretary gets together with someone else’s press secretary and they come up with some very politically correct quotes that they put into a polished release and distribute out with a nice logo on it. This is definitely not that.
Republicans across the country, and especially in New Jersey are at a major crossroads. One section of the party calls everyone who hasn’t sworn an unwavering blood oath to our outgoing President a “RINO” and another section of the party wants to pretend that President Trump and his supporters never existed, nor the underlying reasons for why he was elected in the first place. It’s self-defeating insanity.
New jersey Republicans are beginning to rally around Jack Ciattarelli, the successful small businessman who retired early after selling his companies to dedicate himself to public service, as the Party standard bearer and candidate for Governor against Phil Murphy this year.
Jack Ciattarelli, the front runner for the Republican nomination to take on Governor Phil Murphy in November, issued the following statement to MMM on the news of former NJ GOP Chairman Doug Steinhardt’s withdrawal as a candidate for governor:
Jack Ciattarelli enhanced his front runner status for the NJ GOP gubernatorial nomination on Friday with endorsements from 25 Republican leaders in Bergen County.
A successful businessman who retired early after selling his companies, Ciatarelli, has been working full time supporting Republican candidates throughout New Jersey for the past four years, the last year as a declared candidate for governor. His efforts are paying dividends in the pre-primary season before county nominating conventions.
