Hon Freda L. Wolfson, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey, on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit by the Cape May and Ocean Counties challenging the Murphy Administration’s Immigration Trust Directive.
Legislation named in honor of Samantha “Sami” Josephson, a Robbinsville, NJ woman who was kidnapped and brutally murdered by a fake Uber driver in South Carolina last year, unanimously passed the House of Representatives this afternoon.
Sami was a senior at the University of South Carolina and had been accepted at Drexel Law School at the time of her murder.
Paul and Linda Mika the owners of Monmouth Marine Engines, Inc., and their son/employee Kenneth Mika, 49, have been arrested and charged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office with delivering cheap and unauthorized military equipment parts to the U.S. Department of Defense under a years long contract, according to an announcement by U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito.
