Breaking: Monmouth GOP files suit against Murphy administration over election rules

The Monmouth County Republican Committee (MCRC) has filed an Order to Show Cause against New Jersey Secretary of State Tahesa Way seeking to compel the State to issue rules and regulations regarding the collection of ballots in the upcoming general election and to forbid the counting of ballots that are received by Boards of Elections after election day and without postmarks.

Report: Newark planning for voting machines and to distribute duplicate mail-in ballots

The City of Newark and the Essex County Board of Elections are planning a Super Polling Site at the Prudential Center where voters can cast their ballot “the regular way” on November 3. On September 22, the City and the Board of Elections will hold a voter registration drive at the PruCenter “where voters can pick up mail-in ballots if they have not received theirs in the mail,” according to a report at TapIntoNewark.

Thousands Gather On Barnegat Bay To Support Law Enforcement, Vets and Trump

Thousands gathered in support of Law Enforcement Officers, U.S. Military Veterans and President Donald J. Trump on Saturday in a boat parade on Barnegat Bay. The flotilla is estimated to have drawn 2,000-2,500 boats carrying 2-10 people each and thousands of spectators along the shoreline and on bridges that span the bay.

The organizers of the event, Chris and Mary Kate Molla of Manhawken, Stafford Township Councilman George Williams and the members of the Jersey Shore Boaters, LEO Support and Vets for Trump facebook group were aiming to set a world record for boat parades.

Murphy’s paper ballot election could make Chris Smith Speaker of the House and acting President

Governor Murphy’s election rules have the real potential to make him and New Jersey the laughing stock of the nation and cause constitutional chaos. It is very possible that Jersey ballots will not be tabulated before the Electoral College meets on December 14 or when the President is to be inaugurated on January 20.

House races in districts 2,3,5, 7 and 11 could still be undecided when the House of Representatives is scheduled to be sworn in on January 3.

Trump campaign, GOP, sues Murphy to block vote-by-mail election

President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign, the Republican National Committee and the New Jersey Republican Party have sued New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and Secretary of State Tahesa Way in federal court to block the enforcement of Murphy’s Executive Order requiring a vote-by-mail election this November.
