Technically, you are correct. In the Liberals world though, anything that clarifys or defines something so that they can not define it anyway they see fit is considered loosening the Law.
That is the world they live in.
This a bunch of BS. Read the recommendations and you will very little will change. Law abiding citizens will still not be able to defend themselves from the walking garbage. You still would have to ” justify” the need to carry a weapon. How am I to know when and where danger will present itself unless I’m walking down a street in Newark at 1 AM
