Murphy’s 2020 Budget Address Live At 2PM

The governor is expected to propose income tax increases on residents with over $1 million income. Senate President Steve Sweeney said he would not support tax increases without spending reforms.

The State must adopt a balanced budget by June 30, a Sunday this year, or the government shuts down.
