Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon, the Republican Assembly Budget Officers responded to Democrats’ suggestion the New Jersey’s declining credit rating is solely the fault of the Christie Administration by suggesting Democratic leadership look in the mirror.
O’Scanlon cited downgrade reports from Moody’s and S&P:
Radio talk show host and former Saturday Night Live star Joe Piscopo announced this morning that he will not be an Independent candidate for Governor of New Jersey this year and he endorsed the candidacy of Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno.
In an announcement broadcast live on his radio show and on facebook, Piscopo said he was “locked and loaded, ready to go” for his own campaign before meeting Guadagno in a “secret summit” at his home last weekend.

TRENTON — Recreational fishermen in New Jersey are a step closer to getting artificial reefs of their own in state waters. Running against Lt. Gov Kim Guadagno must be a daunting task.
Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli, one of Guadagno’s four opponents in the GOP primary for Governor, looks as though he’s aged more in a week than Barack Obama aged over 8 years in the White House, if his campaign mail is to be believed.

Computers serving the City of Newark have been infected by ransomware, according to a report by TAPintoNewark. The computers are unusable and the hacker has demanded 1.7 Bitcoin, the equivalent of $30,000 to unlock the City’s system.
The City’s police department’s computers were unaffected by the RSA-2048 encryption that was installed on Newark computers on Friday.
