Fiore: Middletown will remember 9/11

Middletown Deputy Mayor Tony Fiore responded to the news that the Twin Beams represented the World Trade Center will not be lit this year in remembrance of those we lost on September 11, 2001, due to COVID-19 public health concerns, by promising that Middletown’s annual remembrance will go on.

Smith throws out first pitch at Babe Ruth League Championship

Congressman Chris Smith threw out the ceremonial first pitched for the final night of the Southern New Jersey Babe Ruth League State Tournament-15 year old division at historic Switlik Park in Hamilton.

Smith took the mound following the National Anthem as the 15 year old all stars from Atlantic Shore and Hamilton/N. Burlington looked on in suspense.
