Arturo Munoz, 25, of Elmhurst, NY was arrested for possession of marijuana in the Middletown Police Department parking lot on Saturday.

Munoz apparently didn’t get the memo that de Blasio doesn’t run Middletown. After parking next to a police vehicle Munoz told Patrolman Daniel Flannigan, who noted the strong odor of raw unburnt marijuana, that the drug was in his vehicle.

How Frank Pallone could lose his Chairmanship

Frank Pallone—not a crook

By Art Gallagher

Congressman Frank Pallone is Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. That makes him one of the most powerful Members of Congress.

The Chairmanship would naturally change hands if Republicans take control of the House. But even if Democrats retain the House, Pallone could lose his coveted position of power due to Governor Murphy’s paper ballot election.

Murphy’s paper ballot election could make Chris Smith Speaker of the House and acting President

By Art Gallagher

Governor Murphy’s election rules have the real potential to make him and New Jersey the laughing stock of the nation and cause constitutional chaos. It is very possible that Jersey ballots will not be tabulated before the Electoral College meets on December 14 or when the President is to be inaugurated on January 20.

House races in districts 2,3,5, 7 and 11 could still be undecided when the House of Representatives is scheduled to be sworn in on January 3.

Rt Spikes After Murphy Dines in Middletown

By Art Gallagher

The COVID-19 rate of transmission, Rt, has spiked in New Jersey since Wednesday, August 26 when Governor Phil Murphy dined in Middletown.

There is absolutely no evidence that Murphy dining outdoors while his friend hosted a 40-50 people indoors in his EO-163 non-compliant Barrel Room Bar has anything to do with the increase in New Jersey’s Rt from .77 on Thursday to .87 on Sunday.
