Anna Little’s Response

As part of a fundraising email sent this evening, former Highlands Mayor Anna Little issued the following statement in response to today’s news about the lawsuit that accuses her of failing to perform the work she was hired to do and advising her client to pay undocumented workers in cash:

“Every citizen has the right to seek legal redress if they believe they have been wronged.  The other party also has the right to defend themselves, and be judged by a judge or a jury of their peers.  The pending legal action is an allegation.  There is no final money judgement (sic) in the matter.  It has just come to my attention that Default has been entered, a technicality which occurs when one party doesn’t answer on time.  I have filed an Answer and have sought legal counsel to defend me.  I intend to seek to vacate default, defend myself, and make motion for the complaint to be dismissed as we deem appropriate after thorough review of the matter.”

The subject/title of the email was,”What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger…”

Fundraising off a Christmas Card, and fundraising off of a mistake she made. Not much difference. Add that to the lack of Over Sight on filing FEC required paperwork.

But the $64,000 question is Anna tell an employer to pay illegals in cash. THAT’S what inquiring minds want to know.

  2. Attention to Details said at 8:28 pm on May 31st, 2012:

First she didn’t file the required FEC documents.

She doesn’t find out that a default judgement was entered against her back last December until MMM posts it.

    She needs help.

that the BSTP picks the worst, the wackiest, most unelectable candidates on the planet to endorse.

Sez Anna: “It has just come to my attention that Default has been entered, a technicality which occurs when one party doesn’t answer on time.”

Lemme get this straight… Anna as an attorney fails to answer on time and Anna as a candidate fails to file with the FEC.

If it isn’t blatantly obvious to you by now that Anna is extremely incompetent and clearly taking on far too much more than she can handle, than you need to stop drinking the Kool-ade.

” It has just come to my attention that Default has been entered” Anna

You were served months ago! You knew Anna, do not lie to us!

  7. Commercial, Robo call...??? said at 9:15 am on June 4th, 2012:

Saw the commercial, got the robo call. Something doesn’t jive.

After reading all the bantering going back and forth and all the information that the Cullari team has released. I wonder.

If what the Cullari team is saying is true, and Little is a Rino and guilty… don’t you think the tea party’s would have changed their support to Cullary. It seems to me that the tide is moving in the other direction.

As a regular voter, for me, this is an indication that someone is not being honest. There is discussion about drinking cool aid, but that doesn’t explain the fact that hundred of people are working for her. Perhaps the Cullari team is drinking the “Cullaid” here.

(I’m sure the attacks will now follow from the usual suspects)
