Murphy to deliver budget address at Rutgers’ stadium
Governor Phil Murphy announced that he will delivered his revised FY 2021 State Budget Address at SHI Stadium at Rutgers University in Piscataway at noon on Tuesday, August 25.
The home team is expected to lose, as usual.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has both devastated our state’s finances and highlighted the importance of the progress New Jersey has made over the past two years,” said Governor Murphy. “While still prioritizing the shared values of our state, our revised Fiscal Year 2021 budget proposal reflects the reality of the situation that we are faced with.
