Accused Long Branch Shooter Is An Illegal Alien

MoreMonmouthMusings has learned that Miguel Leal Câmara, the man charged with Murder in yesterday’s shooting in Long Branch, is an illegal alien who overstayed his visa.

Câmara is currently in the custody of the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, charged with Murder, Unlawful Firearm Possession, Unlawful Possession of a Hand Gun, Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest with physical force against a law enforcement officer or another, a well as Criminal Contempt and Violating a Court Order.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office has not yet released the name of the person killed in the shooting, allegedly by Câmara.

The defendant’s first court appearance is scheduled for 1:30 this afternoon in Freehold.

    So I assume that the prosecutor’s officer has confirmed that the victim, the victim’s family, the perpetrator’s ex-girlfriend, and the perpetrator’s ex-girlfriend family are all here legally or otherwise notified ICE of their illegal presence here?
