Illegal Alien charged in murder of 16 year old Long Branch girl

Bryan Cordero-Castro, the 20 year old Long Branch resident charged in the stabbing death of a 16 year old Long Branch girl, is a native of Guatemala who is in the United States illegally.  MMM has previously reported that Cordero-Castro is a U.S. citizen.

Charles Webster, spokesman for the Monmouth County Prosecutor called to correct the inaccurate information on Cordero-Castro’s immigration status and apologized for the error.

Webster said that the immigration status of the 16 year old victim is unknown.

Long Branch police responded to an 10:42 p.m. call reporting the stabbing at 284 Van Pelt Place, Long Branch. The juvenile victim was taken to Monmouth Medical Center where she died at 11:25 p.m.

Cordero-Castro, of 4th Avenue in Long Branch, was charged with first degree Murder, third degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and third degree Attempted Escape.

    The boy is actually legal. His parents aren’t. Should check facts before making such a headline. Not that it even matters. A killer is a killer no matter where they are from

    Most nations got smart and did away with this in the 1980s, but the US is one of the few hold outs that have not changed. The law must be changed to where a baby born in the US, must have at least one US citizen parent to become an immediate US citizen. This is the most significant item for real immigration reform.

    How silly you are. If she were illegal, she shouldn’t have been here and she probably would have been alive -wherever she’s from. I can’t figure out why proponents of illegal immigration I think this is such a terrific system. No one is against immigration in a safe, orderly form. This crap of having people streaming into this country without knowing who they are or what they are doing here is going to be the death of this country. The Democrats think they are getting a steady flow of Voters, but all they are creating is chaos for the country. In the meantime people are dying because of individuals who shouldn’t have been here in the first place.

    The U.S. Department of State has assessed Guatemala City as being a CRITICAL-threat location for crime directed at or affecting official U.S. government interests.

    Crime is just part of the mixing of cultures that us Democrats advocate for in these times and its good for you suburban Americans to experience other cultures, like the culture in Guatemala!

    Sorry that we’re not sorry. Us Democrats simply can NOT be sorry for your loss as your loss is truly a gain for globalism. Without your loss, you and the people of Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey, and these United States would not get to experience what life is like in Guatemala City, and what a shame that would be! Expand the sanctuaries, stop Donald Trump’s vicious agenda to stop illegal immigration which is intended to stop us from experiencing the benefits of more crimeglobalism!

    we have enough crime on our own by our own, that is not being addressed enough in many areas- Chicago comes to mind. In this case, there would likely be two more people alive, in their countries of origin: were it not for lax immigration policies, that repeatedly result in more tragedies. Either we are going to be a country with stronger borders and policies, or we will continue to witness more sad loss of life, while going more broke, because we just cannot accept and accommodate and pay for, the entire world!

    We ran and won on it. Most people are simply tired of paying too much for non- citizens, and for being less safe in their towns, when there are already too many demands on the system, now. If we do not follow through on our promises as a party, ( i e, grow a set,) we are no better than the open- borders, “ free-everything” socialist crowd, who just want to be the hypocritical elitists in charge, and tell everyone to “ do as I say, not as I do,” as they take us over the edge into fascist socialism, into bankruptcy and chaos.
