Asbury Park Declares A State Of Emergency, Imposes 10PM Curfew On Service Business

The City of Asbury Park has declared a State of Emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, closing all municipal government facilites to the public and imposing a 10 pm curfew on all City service establishment.

The curfew is in effect until further notice. Penalties for violating the 10 p.m daily closure include fines of up to $1000 and imprisonment for up to 6 months.
