DiMaso expresses disappointment in presidential choices at Manalapan debate
Deputy Freeolder Director Serena DiMaso was challenged by her Democrat opponent, Sue Fulton, to declare her differences with the Republican National Platform at a candidates forum on Thursday night at the Four Seasons 55+ community in Manalapan.
Both DiMaso and Fulton were both aware that Democrat operatives were seated in the audience recording the exchange for use in the barrage of TV commercials that will attack DiMaso starting next week and extending through election day.
Rather than get into a same sex marriage or abortion debate by answering the GOP platform question, DiMaso deftly pivoted and addressed the presidential candidates.
“I am undecided on how I will vote for president,” DiMaso said. “There are millions of people in the country and these two candidates are the best we can do?!
“Under no circumstances could I vote for Hillary. I am very disappointed that she is the first woman nominee. I don’t consider her a role model. She is a bad example for our daughters.
“But I am very disturbed by Trump’s treatment of women and his rhetoric about women.”
DiMaso’s comments were made the night before the Washington Post released an 11 year old recording of Trump engaging in misogynist banter with TV host Billy Bush and Trump’s televised apology.
Earlier in the evening in response to a similar question from the moderator, DiMaso spoke of her bi-partisan work with fellow women leaders in the National Federation of Women Legislators. DiMaso is the membership chair and a member of the Board of Directors of NFWL.
“This is a wonderful organization,” DiMaso exclaimed. “Women public servants, Republicans and Democrats, working together, teaching each other and sharing experiences on how to better serve our constituents.
“Unfortunately, there are no members of congress in the organization,” DiMaso said, “We need more cooperation in Washington.”
In a follow up interview with MMM, DiMaso said, “Hillary was a doormat for Bill and now Bill is a doormat for Hillary. They are no better. Hillary was worse than a doormat because she defended and enabled Bill’s predatory behavior. They have a lot of nerve calling Republicans deplorable.”

Hillary is “shocked” that men act like dogs in heat at times; she certainly has had enough experience with her own husband.
Even now, the Secret Service protection detail has given a “Westchester female” the code name of “Energizer” who visits the Clinton home in Westchester when Hillary is away. Nice when you have tapayers paying for your protection.
Instead of getting down in the gutter, this campaign needs to pivot to the real issue of the economy and jobs. Restoring the American Dream for the children and grandchildren (the very future of this country). Securing our borders, safety in our communities, ending the threat of terror to all Americans are critical issues.
Talk is cheap. Actions are more important.

Am I disappointed by Donald Trump’s past, crass comments? Absolutely. Regardless of the circumstances they were wrong and inappropriate. However, his critics can stop claiming the moral high ground because their orchestrated outrage is an absolute farce. The media, including the Democratic party, associate with and support the vile Kardashians, the shameless Miley Cyrus, the career sexual predator named Bill Clinton, and Islamic nations that enslave and deny women basic human rights. And as for the “offended” public and outraged women everywhere…who exactly bought the over 80 million copies of the ultra erotic and perverse 50 Shades of Grey? How many of their husbands, if not their teens, are weekly visitors to Porn Hub or some other adult site? Are women being grabbed by their bible in those mediums, respected for their intellectual attributes, or am I missing the jest of the secular joke? Yes, once upon a time there was moral fortitude in America, a universal respect for God and our neighbor, but now it is more of a Sunday roll call or a campaign pit stop on the way to a night of infidelity in Vegas. And to think we’re talking about “hurt” feelings.
Sorry but it’s a sad indictment of our society when crude words supersede actual crimes, indecent acts, corruption and a radical anti-American agenda. Once again the media has accomplished its goal of completely disregarding real impropriety, tangible threats to the survival and vitality of our country, solely to demonize a man they already hated with an unbridled passion. Meanwhile, Hillary openly admits to breaking law, selling favors while at the State Department, pilfering disaster relief funds for personal use and shaming the censored victims – over 10 reported instances of lewd advances, assault or rape – of Bill’s sexual indiscretions. If Trump is unfit to serve and lead this nation…so be it. Just don’t tell me the Clintons are any better and should be allowed to go anywhere near the White House because a decade-old recording of male vulgarity somehow exonerates two lifetimes of philandering, deception and collusion. I’m sick of the blatant, destructive and insulting double standard that has defied common sense and made a mockery of journalism for far too long. Accountability is a two-way street, not a kangaroo court of partisan hacks sentencing a jaywalker to a public hanging for their personal pleasure.
Serena gave a bad answer. Instead of throwing Trump under the bus, she should have pivoted to describing how much more serious Hillary Clinton’s failures are like some of the other commentors have mentioned. By any account, though she is much preferred over the lesbian Sue Fulton.

No one can support or defend Mr. Trump’s offensive, crude and vulgar comments and the comments deserve condemnation. But Mr. Trump apologized for them. Perhaps the Lord’s Prayer says it best, “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” Of course, those who are atheists do not say this prayer.
Unfortunately, we are all sinners. We all make mistakes. The true test of anyone’s character is whether or not they can pick themselves up and move forward to better this world we all live in.
If establishment Republicans are unable to forgive because they believe they themselves can walk on water perhaps it is time for them to have a wake up call that they are in reality helping to elect the Clinton Cartel back to the White House.
It has been said, time and time again, that actions speak louder than words.
The Republican establishment allowed seventeen candidates to compete in the primaries for President. The people chose Trump. Mr. Trump, last night, went after his opponent like no other establishment Republican has dared.
Jobs, Jobs, Jobs, Oppressive Taxation, Burdensome Overregulation, the Economy, the Supreme Court, Benghazi, The Middle East, Terror, Security at home and abroad.
These are issues which will be lost and the country destroyed if HRC becomes President.
Now is the time to see whether the establishment Republicans can bite their tongues and work together to elect a President, not a Pope, to restore the American Dream for our children and grandchildren.
