Little continues to be out of compliance with the Federal Election Commission

Three days after a spokesperson for the Anna Little for Congress campaign told PolitickerNJ that Little’s delinquent campaign finance reports would be filed “immediately” the Middlesex County GOP’s endorsed candidate has yet to file with the federal agency as a candidate.

PolitickerNJ called the Little campaign on Wednesday over the story that MMM has been reporting and updating on since early May.  Initially a campaign volunteer claimed that Little’s reports had been filed nine months ago and blamed a backlog of paperwork at the FEC for the reports not being posted online.  An FEC spokeswoman told PoltickerNJ that there was no backlog and that every report the agency received from Little was posted on their site.

Little filed a termination report for her “Anna C. Little for Congress, Inc.” campaign committee on April 2.  The FEC issued an acceptance of the termination on April 12.  The termination report says that Little raised $71,000 more than she spent as a candidate.

In February, Little filed “Friends of Anna Little” as a campaign committee for her aborted run for U.S. Senate.  “Friends of Anna Little” is the committee listed on the congressional campaign website . It yet has not yet been terminated as a senate campaign or registered as a congressional campaign.

Little’s husband, Rob, told PolitickerNJ that the campaign spending reports would be filed by primary day, Tuesday June 5.  The required statement of organization could easily have been filed on Thursday or Friday.  That would have qualified as “immediately.”

PolitickerNJ named Little one of their Losers of the Week :

Anna Little

With just four days left until the Republican primary, 6th District Congressional candidate Anna Little has yet to file her official Federal Election Commission paperwork or any fundraising reports for her candidacy.  Little’s team called it an oversight and promised to fix it immediately.

So yet another year where Cupcake runs basically unopposed–how sad.

Nothing against the current candidates but there are numerous R’s serving at the state, county or local level that in my opinion would have been stronger candidates. Why didn’t any of those people step up and run?

Bob, no offense but, when was the last time you looked at the line up we have in Trenton? There head and head with the US Congress. Barley one of them have enough sense to get out of the rain. They don’t belong in Trenton never mind being in Washington.

Is Anna Little pulling a John Corzine?

John Corzine can’t account for the missing money from MF Global. Just like Anna Little can’t account for the missing $71,000 from her campaign committee!

Hmm I am sensing redundancy here. Besides, Its the weekend, FEC is a government agency… Ya really think Friday is a full day and that they are working this weekend??

Lets get to some real issues instead of all of this BS.

  7. ThisIsARealIssue said at 7:13 pm on June 3rd, 2012:

Uh………… this is a real issue. Non-compliance with election rules, lawsuits against the candidate, things like that are all fair game. I think the voters deserve full disclosure about which candidates are following the rules……….and which ones are not. Sorry if this is inconenient to all the Little Kool-aid drinkers out there!

  8. @This... said at 8:06 am on June 4th, 2012:

A real issue for Ernesto is voter fraud. Art has never talked about the fact that Ernesto has lived in asbury for 10 years and never changes is address to vote there. This is not only illegal it is outright wrong. I wish the little camp had beat Ernesto up over that, but that is what anna does. She focuses on the issues and delivers a positive message, something the “b” team can’t even fathom.

I agree that the reports should have been filed by now, but one there are they is really nothing to talk about.

The law suit is a joke, It is convent that they left out the motion to dismiss, If you read that you will realize how weak the lawsuit is.

Saw the commercial, got the robo call. Something doesn’t jive.

After reading all the bantering going back and forth and all the information that the Cullari team has released. I wonder.

If what the Cullari team is saying is true, and Little is a Rino and guilty… don’t you think the tea party’s would have changed their support to Cullary. It seems to me that the tide is moving in the other direction.

As a regular voter, for me, this is an indication that someone is not being honest. There is discussion about drinking cool aid, but that doesn’t explain the fact that hundred of people are working for her. Perhaps the Cullari team is drinking the “Cullaid” here.

(I’m sure the attacks will now follow from the usual suspects)

    @This…

What’s really convenient is that the Little Camp continues to push this outright, demonstrable falsehood (through obvious surrogates, mind you) without a shred of evidence, save bald claims from Little sycophants like you.

Anna should have learned in law school (if not earlier like normal people) that you don’t make baseless accusations without evidence…but then again we’ve seen what kind of lawyer and person Anna Little really is from the public documents provided by Cullari and reported on this site and others.

She’s a lazy, incompetent and arguably corrupt lawyer who advises her clients to pay illegal immigrants in cash so as to end-run immigration laws.

That’s the kind of stand-up individual we want to represent Conservatives in the 6th District!

    (/sarcasm off)

Cullari provided links and documents to back up every one of his claims and they are all relevant to Anna’s character and ability to represent the People of the 6th District effectively.

    Suffice to say…she can’t.

    VOTE CULLARI on June 5th.

“[D]on’t you think the tea party’s would have changed their support to Cullary”

One would think so…but this is New Jersey and the Tea Party’s in our neck of the woods have devolved into a mindless, chattering collection of extremists, not unlike a cult in many ways. Their pick is their pick and there is literally no wrong that Anna Little could commit that would make them change their minds.

Under normal, rational circumstances everyone in the 6th District, including and especially the Tea Party’s, would change their support to Ernesto after what we all now know about who Anna Little really is.

But alas, these are not normal, rational times.

Repeating the talking points, eh? Voter fraud my arse. What’s fraudulent is Bayshore Bab’s Bayshore Tea Cult. This issue has been gone over MANY times and it is without merit.

“If that’s all you’ve got, bring it on.”

It is the sign of desperation in the Little camp that they have to resort to telling lies and stealing campaign signs, mind you campaign signs that have looked silly to desperate themselves with those stapled on paper notes that got soaked or the scribbled on date changes because Little couldn’t afford to buy new signs.

Yes, we know signs were taken, and or bracketed because I myself helped put those signs out and saw them missing when I revisited those same areas. How childish to steal signs.

And those dozens of Bader signs all bunched together right in a row? What a tremendous waste of resources.

@Yes… is correct. The BSTP is a bunch of mindless robots under the direction of cult leader Barbara Gonzolez who has the audacity to rent an office instead of having the foresight to direct those financial resources to more meaningful efforts.

Hey Babs, why don’t you have your meetings at restaurants like dozens of other Tea Parties do? I’m sure they could use the business in these hard times.

Or is it that the cultish indoctrination methods would look very suspicious if they were held at a restaurant?

    @Commercial, Robo Call,

Yes… is ENTIRELY correct with their answer. The BSTP will do anything, say anything to look relevant.

And whoever said “100’s” helping, you are off your rocker. Word has it that there are just about 10-15 regulars at the IHOP. And 7 of them are the entire membership of the BSTP

Then explain.. The d’s will take him down, when it comes to voting record, that sticks baby.

    http://www.ahherald.com/opinion-mainmenu-30/letters-to-the-editor/13198-our-principles-being-compromised

Official public records document his voting history in OCEAN COUNTY …(not even in the District), and yet he claims to have lived in Asbury Park for nine (9) years.

I checked, indeed he did live in Ocean… Problem BIG problem.

  15. If... said at 2:45 pm on June 4th, 2012:

Your evidence for voter fraud is some unhinged kook writing to the Atlantic Highlands Herald…consider me unimpressed.

On few occasions have I encountered a publication more magnetized to complete loons than the AHH. And that’s really saying something.

Now, where are the documents you claim to have “checked”? Produce them, or be quiet.

  16. @ Sounding Like Rullobots said at 3:33 pm on June 4th, 2012:

Having looked at your “proof,” I can most assuredly say…

    1) Anna Little is NOT one of “Me” (Us) Thank God For That.

    2) The writing seems strangely familiar, similar to some of the rants I have seen here from Barbara & Ilk

    3) Who cares if he is “unkown” to you. Joe Kyrillos suffers from low id as well. A Navy Seal named McGowan ( probably attended fewer Republican events than Ernesto) is challenging Chris Smith.

WHERE IS IT WRITTEN THAT SOMEONE HAS TO BE AT ALL OF THESE EVENTS TO RUN…

I find it refreshing that Ernesto is not of the Establishment as Anna Little is tied closer to the Republican Establishment than Ernesto is.

Stop with the hallucinogenic rants please
