Maybe he’ll smack her around a bit (not literally of course) after she voted to stomp all over are 2nd amendment rights!

Amy Handlin got a failing grade in the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs voting guide for 2011

What part of your 2nd Amendment rights did she stomp on? If you are refering to the bill passed in 2007 that permits the purchase of only one handgun per month per person, that bill passed by a huge majority and has the overwehlming support of NJ residents.

” the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

I don’t know if you ever tried to get a carry permit here in New Jersey. It is legal but it is basically impossible to get even if you have a perfect record.

The process to purchase a handgun is absolutely ridiculous.

Handlin has not made New Jersey safer but in turn has infringed upon the rights of those who obey the law. When I get back home I will post the bills that have “stomped upon” our Second Amendment rights that she has supported.

This argument will all be moot once HR822 is passed . Congressional support is growing for a bill that would force all states to honor concealed carry permits issued in any other state, allowing citizens to take their firearms across state lines. You apply for a permit to carry a concealed weapon in Florida …New Jersey MUST honor that permit .end of argument

Does anyone feel any safer if you are in an eating establishment with your family and over at the bar there are a bunch of drunks from out of state carrying concealed weapons?

  8. Rick Ambrosia said at 5:21 pm on November 23rd, 2011:

They don’t get that Bob. I guess 12 guns a year is not enough for some people. I wonder what they would do with those guns? I figure 2-3 per person is more than enough to kill anyone, anything, or yourself. But hey…wouldn’t want to infringe on the right to own 400-500 guns.

  9. Proud Republican said at 9:11 pm on November 25th, 2011:

Right Rick, if I want to own 500 guns, that is my business, not yours. The problem with you liberal Democrats is that you want to tell people how many guns is enough, how much of the money they earn they should be allowed to keep – even what anti-American cultures we must embrace. People are tired of you and your lib allies treating them like five year olds.

    of what a
“Republicrat” is..use the strength the party has in her area, for her own advancement, while she and fellow big- government controllers set about regulating every aspect of life, because they, the ruling,”educated” elites, know SO much more than we do, about how to run our lives.. (wait a minute, sounds suspiciously like the dopes in DC, doesn’t it?… it’s like a plague!)..hope the new district wises up and is ready to make Declan their next Senator, and not that person..
