Monmouth County authorities launch countywide special needs registry, first in the state
Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor and Sheriff Shaun Golden announced the Special Needs Registry
FREEHOLD — Authorities announced on Wednesday a countywide program aimed at equipping police officers with pertinent information about residents with special needs in their respective municipalities.
