Christie Nominates Three Monmouth County Attorneys To The Superior Court

Governor Chris Christie today nominated three Monmouth County attorneys to become Superior Court Judges, according to an announcement from his office.

First Assistant Prosecutor Marc LeMieux, of Belmar, Lourdes Lucas of Fair Haven and Daniel L. Weiss of Asbury Park will take the bench if confirmed by the State Senate.

LeMieux has been second in command of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office since January of 2014. He has prosecuted high profile cases, including former Neptune Township Police Sergeant Phillip Seidle’s murder of his ex-wife, Tamara Wilson-Seidle, on the streets of Asbury Park in 2015.

Authorities identify Hazlet husband, wife found dead in apparent murder-suicide

Avon Man Charged in Rumson overdose death

monmouth-county-prosecutors-office-sealMichael Renna, 25 of Avon-by-the Sea, was charged today with the October 2013 overdose death of Christopher L. Pesce, a 25 year old resident of Oxford House, a drug rehabilitation transitional facility located in Rumson.

Renna is charged with one count of first degree Strict Liability for Drug Induced Deaths and one count of third degree Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous.  He was released from the Monmouth County Correctional Institution after posting $210,000 in bail as set by Judge John R. Tassini, according to Monmouth County First Assistant Prosecutor Marc LeMieux.

Monmouth Prosecutor Announces Promotions, Retirements

(FREEHOLD) Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni has announced a pair of promotions and changes to his executive staff following the retirement of two long-serving front office assistant prosecutors.

Marc LeMieux has assumed the duties of First Assistant Prosecutor and Lori Linskey has been named Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor for the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
