O’Scanlon challenges Murphy to stand on line at MVC

Senator Declan O’Scanlon today challenged New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy to stand on line to register at vehicle at MVC.

Murphy has for weeks been sitting on legislation passed by the Senate and the Assembly that would ease the congestion and the long, unhealthy lines at MVC facilities.

O’Scanlon and his district partner, Assemblywoman Serena DiMaso, believe that Murphy would immediately sign the legislation if he appreciated the suffering that he and MVC Commissioner Sue Fulton are putting New Jersey drivers through.

How Frank Pallone could lose his Chairmanship

Frank Pallone—not a crook

By Art Gallagher

Congressman Frank Pallone is Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. That makes him one of the most powerful Members of Congress.

The Chairmanship would naturally change hands if Republicans take control of the House. But even if Democrats retain the House, Pallone could lose his coveted position of power due to Governor Murphy’s paper ballot election.

Murphy’s paper ballot election could make Chris Smith Speaker of the House and acting President

Governor Murphy’s election rules have the real potential to make him and New Jersey the laughing stock of the nation and cause constitutional chaos. It is very possible that Jersey ballots will not be tabulated before the Electoral College meets on December 14 or when the President is to be inaugurated on January 20.

House races in districts 2,3,5, 7 and 11 could still be undecided when the House of Representatives is scheduled to be sworn in on January 3.

I also ask the same for gyms and any other industry that has yet to reopen due to the State’s shutdown orders.
