Risking the wrath of the hate group known as District 4 Coalition for Change, the AFL-CIO, America’s largest federation of labor unions, endorsed Republican Congressman Chris Smith for reelection in New Jersey’s 4th Congressional District.
Stephanie Schmid, the presumptive Democrat nominee in NJ-4, committed an extreme unforced error in her reaction to the news that Congressman Chris Smith’s amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 was unanimously passed by the House of Representatives.
The House of Representatives on Monday passed Congressman Chris Smith’s amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 which instructs the General Accounting Office to investigate the possible involvement of DOD biowarfare labs in the weaponization of Lyme disease in ticks and other insects from 1950-1975 .
Watch Smith’s remarks about the amendment during the House debate:
The New Jersey Professional Firefighters Association (PFANJ) endorsed Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ4) for reelection today, the congressman’s campaign announced.
Bart “Doc” Fabian, 71, a Veteran Army Medic of the Blackhorse Regiment (11th Armored Cavarly), received the Silver Star on July 18, 2020 for his heroic actions in Vietnam on April 13, 1969, during a ceremony at Congressman Chris Smith’s office in Freehold.
China today announced sanctions against Congressman Chris Smith, Senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz and Ambassador for Religious Freedom Sam Brownback, according to multiple media reports.
The sanctions, which are as yet unspecified, will “correspond” to sanctions imposed upon Chinese officials by the Trump Administration last week over the treatment of Uyghur Muslims in its Xinjiang region.
I am deeply grateful to Republican voters for their overwhelming show of support.
Special thanks to my amazing wife Marie, our talented campaign staff, and the extraordinary leaders of the Republican party.
I’ve worked hard in Congress to write laws that promote jobs, make our communities safer, and all of us healthier—especially during the COVID-19 crisis.
Schmid uses totally false narrative about internship in Rep. Chris
Smith’s office 23 years ago
By Mary McDermott Noonan
It’s disappointing—even shocking.
Having been exposed as “dishonest,” by one Democrat opponent and “quite
objectionable” and “not forthright” by
another in the fourth congressional district Democrat Primary on a myriad of
issues, Stephanie Schmid has also used
a totally false narrative about an internship in Rep. Chris Smith’s office 23
years ago.
