Casagrande’s Farewell

I spent my last few minutes in Trenton the way I spent my last 8 years…Relaying the stories of my constituents who’ve been taxed out of the state by the Democrat political bosses who have bought and sold Trenton at their expense. We deserve a better government.

Islamic Company Selling “Sharia-Compliant Mortgages” Controls Asbury Park, NJ’s Boardwalk

By Tommy DeSeno

With ISIS committing terrorism on 4 continents, and President Obama importing refugees from their home territory, now is a bad time to offer interest-free Sharia Law mortgages in America, but that’s exactly what one company is doing.

The beach town of Asbury Park, New Jersey has undergone a slow-grinding redevelopment for the better part of 30 years.   Bereft of money in 2007, the City sold millions of dollars worth of storied boardwalk buildings including Convention Hall to a private company – Madison Marquette.  Madison Marquette also owns concert venues near the boardwalk like the famed Stone Pony.  They are positioned in expensive retail properties across America in California, Ohio, Washington DC, Florida and more.

What few know is that Madison Marquette is owned by an Islamic company rooted in the Middle East; a company whose other subsidiary specializes in “Sharia Law Compliance” and lures Sharia-following Muslims to 23 states with interest-free home mortgages.

The Arnone Report: Impressive Accomplishments and Ambitious Plans

By Freeholder Director Tom Arnone

FullSizeRender (1)Happy New Year Everyone. I am extremely pleased to have been selected as Freeholder Director for 2016.  It is an honor once again to represent the board in this capacity.  Last week at our annual county re-organization meeting I had an opportunity to briefly review my department’s accomplishments; ones that I believe have provided significant income to our county as well as savings to the taxpayers.

First I would like to thank my family for their support along the way as well as my, fellow Freeholders for their continued dedication to our county. In addition, I would like to wish all our Mayors best of luck as we begin the New Year.

Angelini blasts Democratic colleagues on her way out of Trenton

assetContent (46)In the wee hours of Tuesday morning, the state Assembly still had business to do before the two-year legislative session expired — including saying goodbye to all the departing lawmakers. Most of the time, it’s nice words followed by contrite thank-yous from the about-to-be-former legislators. Not so this time, when the object of praise was Assemblywoman… Read the rest of this entry »

Hanlon: Don’t pay scammers for overpriced deed copies

Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon

Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon

Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon is once again warning Monmouth County residents that there is no need to pay a private service $89 for a copy of their property deed.

Hanlon’s office received several calls from confused homeowners who received letter solicitations last month looking to charge $89 for certified copies of deeds. These homeowners expressed concern that the letters contained misleading or incorrect property information.  The mail solicitations are crafted to appear as though they are from a legitimate government agency.

Hanlon is encouraging property owners to contact the County Clerk’s Office if they have questions regarding these letters by calling 732-431-7324. In addition, Hanlon advises homeowners that they can obtain a copy of their deeds for a minimal fee from the County Clerk’s Office.
