An Open Letter to Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno

Attn: Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno
Re: Ballot Challenge- Purpora v Obama
Date: April 12, 2012
From: Dwight Kehoe

Dear Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno,
First let me introduce myself to you. Although we have met several times at campaign stops, those introductions were but a handshake and a hello.
I am and have been active in several Tea Party groups here in NJ and when with the Bayshore Tea Party we worked feverishly to help win the election for you and Governor Christie.  I also run and edit the Tea Party coordination and information website, www.tpath.org

The reason I am writing is because it will be you who decides if the administrative court hearing this past week in Judge Jeff Masin’s court room, was valid and should be upheld.  I write this not knowing if it is too late and your decision has already been handed down.

First I would like to ask why, so many times in court rooms across this country, judges and justices, can’t make a ruling based on the intent of the law as opposed to verbal gymnastics and merciless twisting of the objective and purpose of the statutes?

My point is that the people have become so disenchanted with the legal process and no longer feel they can depend on the laws to protect them against high priced word jockeys.

The ballot case which challenged Mr. Obama’s credentials and eligibility to be on a New Jersey ballot and hence, serve as President of the United States was brought for two main reasons.  Both the State of NJ and the Federal Government wrote laws with the intent of maintaining the integrity of the election process. Why can’t one honest judge or Secretary of State make a ruling based on the intent and reason for those laws?  Why write them, why vote on them if there is no effort to enforce them?

Here are the points:

1. Mr. Obama has shown no credible evidence of where he was born.  When his petition was challenged, its very clear the intent of NJ Title 19 requires that a candidate prove his identity and qualifications.

2. John Jay, the first leader of the US Supreme court contacted George Washington and asked that the special provision of Natural born citizen be include in Article II.  He did that for the purpose and intent of the term used in that time and which persists today except in court rooms where manipulation of the law is allowed.

So far there has not been one individual of authority, in any party or any position, who has shown the backbone and courage to make a ruling based on the intent of the law and the reason it was written.

For the sake of the future I pray that you will take the meaning of the laws and ignore the manipulations and rule appropriately.

Warm regards,
Dwight Kehoe
Little Silver, NJ

What puzzles me is that the judge would not take seriously the birth certificate that was posted on the internet, when used as evidence against Obama. Later, he stated that Obama was in fact American based on……you guessed it…..the birth certificate that was posted on the internet.

So, the bitch was that the President wouldn’t show the long form birth certificate. Then, when he shows that same cert in the face of The Donald and all his blustering, its still not good enough. You people need to get a life and leave this idiocy alone. Or not. You’re helping our cause every step (or misstep) of the way. Thank you for the gift.

    Great read…LOL….too funny.

There is overwhelming evidence that the President was born in Hawaii. The problem is that people who file these crazy lawsuits (that are wasting taxpayers money) is that they refuse to believe it and would rather believe in the most bizzare insane conspiracy theories instead just as long as they fit their beliefs.

By the way, John McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone and Mitt Romney’s father (George Romney) was born in Mexico. His father ran for President in 1968.

I do believe BHO was born in Hawaii; but I do find interesting the debate over “natural born citizen” and whether or not it requires two US citizen parents to be a “natural born citizen”.

Unfortunately I believe this to be a massive diversion from the real issue – the economy and jobs – which only helps the incumbent. Probably for the first time, I agree with Rick Ambrosia that this is a gift to the Dems.

As to civility in this campaign, the adviser to the DNC (H. Rosen) has now fired the first shots at Ann Romney for staying at home with her five children and sixteen grandchildren.

If men would only acknowledge the extreme duress a homemaker faces with raising children (not to mention the fact that bearing the children is no easy task) perhaps such an attack on stay at home moms would never take place. (The myth of the weaker sex, baloney. If men were the gender to bear babies, this world would be extinct!)

Of course, Ms. Rosen, who has chosen an “alternative lifestyle” as a lesbian, perhaps doesn’t understand this. She even said, “This is going to be an ugly campaign season.” Welcome to the fray. Ms. Rosen.

And even more civility – a Dem leader in Maine tweeted that former Vice President Cheney should be executed. Nice.

Hope and change; where are you now?

    Lets just vote him out

  8. Rick Ambrosia said at 6:55 am on April 13th, 2012:

Sure Tom, we could go back and forth on the civility issue…such as West calling 80 elected Democratic members of Congress “card carrying communists”, or Senator Grassley calling the President of the United States “stupid”. Maybe I should start pointing out all those pieces against the First Lady…such as pictures of her and her children as monkeys put out by the right. I guess you have a selective memory there Tom, don’t you. Both sides do it, so try to be a little more fair when you point out comments like that, will ya please?

  9. Dick Amnesia said at 7:00 am on April 13th, 2012:

    Hey Rick

Go lose another election in Colts Neck will ya? I don’t see any comments about mothers not having real jobs which was put out yesterday by the communist left.

  10. Rick Ambrosia said at 9:15 am on April 13th, 2012:

Ahh…yes, very brave words, very brave.

  11. Tom Stokes said at 10:58 am on April 13th, 2012:

Hey Rick – please stop whining; it was your side that promised hope and change; all we got was Chicago thug politics.

At least these liberals believe in the Resurrection of the dead – so many dead vote for them (especially in Chicago).

As for Congressman West, I suspect he has no proof that those 80 or so “progressives” are actual members of CP-USA; but they would certainly qualify to be members based upon their extreme leftist viewpoints.

  12. Rick Ambrosia said at 11:02 am on April 13th, 2012:

Take a look at the posts Tom, and then talk to me about whining. And, of course, you and your ilk think that anything that doesn’t adhere to YOUR brand of politics, is actually communist, marxist, fascist or any other “ist” you guys can think of. I would also have some choice words for those extreme rightwing viewpoints, but what would be the point. You wouldn’t get it anyway.

  13. TR said at 11:29 am on April 13th, 2012:

Well of course we call liberals communists and socialists. That is because we think they are. Just like the Liberals call us rascists and fascisits because they think we are. So get off your high horse (or is that a jackass) Rick.

  14. Rick Ambrosia said at 1:09 pm on April 13th, 2012:

For someone that doesn’t choose to relinquish a name and attacks from behind a keyboard, you’re very biting these days. Maybe you should just man up and come clean so we can all see how really brave you are “TR”….I really wish that Art would institute the no-anonymous rule. C’mon Art…don’t you think its time.

Lt. Governor upheld the Administrative Law Judge decision per Manalapn Patch. Statement to the Counties is that all candidates are certified for the Primary ballot.
