Stephanie Schmid, Congressman Chris Smith’s Democrat opponent in the 2020 election, has listed her Little Silver home for sale, according to a posting at Realtor.com

The 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on Rumson Rd features a detached two car garage and a backyard hot tub. The house is listed for $799,900. Schmid purchased the property for $652,500 on June 22, 2019 when she moved into the 4th congressional district in order to run against Smith.

BHHS Fox and Roach Realty, Rumson, is hosting open houses on Saturday, February 6 and Sunday February 7 from noon until 3pm.
