Gopal 2024?

State Senator Vin Gopal is developing a national and international name for himself.  The young senator and honorary volunteer fire fighter is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the Young Democrats of North Carolina’s convention on Saturday afternoon in Charlotte.

InsiderNJ says that the Democratic National Committee “is paying for Gopal to attend the event.”  He’s probably getting less than Hillary got from Rutgers.

Vin will be constitutionally eligible to run for president in 2020, as he will turn 35 six months before the election, but I think he’ll wait till 2024 or even 2028.

This would have been a better post for April 1st

disagree with him on many issues, we can’t make the mistake of taking him lightly. He is the actual Dem leader in this county, with lots of Norcross and other money to spread around. He is everywhere. (Even more so than Pallone, even in his younger days) – Am sure he and his party have bigger plans for him. We need to watch and keep up. Word to the wise.

Its easy for him to speak down there, since most democrats in NC are originally from NJ.
