Let Shiela or Sweeney run stuff? Look, this state is already hopelessly blue, and borderline bankrupt. The last thing we need is someone to the left of Sanders. I know he was bored, but hey, he could go build houses with Habitat, like 90+ year old Pres Carter: something positive, any charity that runs on contributions, rather than our tax dollars…

Interesting suggestion but the grinning nitwit’s ego would never allow it. What a coward. A telephone town hall? Will be scripted and limited to only “safe” questions. If the Republicans had any brains they would be press releasing and press conferencing the hell out of every one of his ridiculous budget proposals and initiatives. Make the entire Democrat party own Murphy and his left wing lunacy

Am starting to get a few outreach- type and fundraising asks from the state party- which was so pathetic in not supporting Kim last year- but what good is preaching to the choir? There is also the issue of so few papers wanting to give any positive press to us. Guess they’d better start a much better/ faster commentary on social media or no one will see it.

  4. Equal Rights! said at 10:40 am on March 29th, 2018:

This morning on my way to work, I admittedly sped past a group of township tree workers on the side of the road who were just beyond a big orange sign that read “MEN WORKING” and I thought to myself “SELF? HOW SEXIST IS THAT THERE SIGN?”

These progressive, Democrat voting unions won’t even update their own signs to NOT be sexist, how sad.

I urge my fellow Jerseyans to get on the phone with Phil tonight and DEMAND, in the name of both safety and equality, that those signs be changed from “MEN WORKING” to “WORKING GIRL” as I believe we can all agree that more people would slow down. Plus, women’s rights.

Thank you for joining me in this effort at bringing about equality and safety.

  5. Still Can't Believe This Guy Is Governor said at 10:21 pm on March 29th, 2018:

What would I like to tell Gov Murphy?

    A lot.

    What good would it do?

    You tell me.

Good point. I too, cannot believe this guy actually got elected. I hope all the people who voted against Chris Christie are happy that the state is now stuck with the worst governor in the entire country. The only Silver Lining will be that Democrats will be like lepers in November thanks to this boob.

  7. Not this year. said at 11:47 pm on March 30th, 2018:

This year, we get to try and hang onto the few(5, I think,) remaining NJ Rep US Congressmen, (and have a blast, trying to unseat the criminal Sen Menendez,) and try and hang on to two county Freeholder seats. This gov and the very lopsided Dem legislature know very well they can work all kinds of mischief, ( read, more taxes and spending) for another full year, before the assembly is even up again. And we are stuck with the Murph at least until 2021. Way to show that Christie and GOP how much you can “hurt” them, voters-You just hurt yourselves, even more!!

I hear you, but I’m an optimist. Look at things in our favor – we have a Senate candidate at the top of the ticket who will spend an incredible amount of money on his campaign against a severely damaged Democrat. Phil Murphy is already the worst governor in the country and his own party even despises him. If the Republicans unify and run against Phil Murphy, coupled with the money at the top of the ticket we have a very good chance to have a good year one year earlier than we thought we would. The key will be unity and a good aggressive ground game. Just my thoughts
