“Forgive Trump” Signs Stolen in Manalapan
Custom made signs urging voters to support Donald Trump for President were vandalized and then stolen last week from the Yorktowne Center shopping plaza in Manalapan, according to Michael Dalton, the owner of the plaza.
Dalton said he installed two signs, one 4×6 and one 4×8 on his property encouraging visitors and drivers passing the plaza to forgive the GOP presidential nominee for his vulgar language and to disregard media reports that denigrate the candidate and suggest that he is losing the election.
“Don’t believe the media they are BAD,” the signs declared.
Dalton said the 4 x 6 sign was torn down last Wednesday and the 4 x 8 sign was ripped on Friday. By Saturday the 4 x 8 sign was gone. Diamond reported the theft and the vandalism to the Manalapan Police Department. He said that Captain Thomas Barstow is investigating.
Dalton told MMM that he believes his signs were destroyed “by vicious Democrats who didn’t want the signs up.”
Dalton said that he is replacing the 4×8 sign with a new sign made of stainless steel that will be difficult for a vicious Democrat to remove. The new signs will not ask voters to forgive Trump, but it will condemn the BAD media.
Dalton said he is removing the lawn signs that promote Democrat candidates which were placed on his property without permission, but that he had been tolerating.

That sign is as incoherent as Trump. Isn’t there a period missing in the last sentence? Can’t even understand what it’s trying to say. Similar to Trump’s 3rd grade vocabulary.

should be asking WHY so many are suppressing a message, trashing the opposition, and doing everything they can to stifle any competition to that lying, crooked and obviously ill woman! A campaign is supposed to be about two comparable visions for how to fix all the things that are obviously wrong, keep the country safe, uphold our ideals and Constitution, and make it better for our citizens: have been voting for presidents since 1968- and have never seen this level of disgusting tactics by Democrats to stay in power. There is something very wrong in America, and I pray enough people recognize it, and vote for change- now!
We are not the ones who have to forgive him. His wife and children do. If anything the media has given him plenty of free publicity that he can grow his “brand” with. As far as President, he’s not deserving.

The signs placed by the Democrats and Republicans of the Township were on, I believe, part of Township property, not the shopping center, so should not have been removed. Not a Clinton or Trump fan, but trust me, if WikiLeaks delved into Trump’s emails in addition to Clinton’s, you can bet they would find plenty of lies and illegal actions there as well. Don’t kid yourself. Try to keep it real. They’re just not looking because they’re supporting Trump. Also, I find it odd that Republicans, who tend to be conservative in their family values, have no problem with Trump having cheated on two wives and having 5 children with 3 different women. Just saying. Unlike most of you, I see the good and bad in both candidates and can admit to their imperfections. I have to say that based on Facebook comments of my friends on both sides, those supporting Trump have been awful and I’m not sure I can ever look at these people the same way. My Democratic friends have kept it way classier. The comments on this post confirm that. I’m a registered Democrat, but I’ve voted Republican in the last two elections. I vote for the candidate I think is the best one for the job regardless of their party. As one of the few undecided voters right now, your comments, as well as the comments I see on Facebook, are pushing me toward voting for Clinton. Everything Trump says is “I”. Pretty sure he needs the Senate and Congress. Government is not a one man show.

Mr. Trump is a PRIVATE CITIZEN. Hillary Clinton is a POLITICIAN. Donald Trump’s emails are 1) supposed to be private and 2) not part of the public record. Hillary Clinton is/was at the time the emails in questions were sent a PUBLIC FIGURE, Sec. of State, formerly a Senator and those emails are 1) supposed to be secure and 2) are part of the public record if those emails pertain to her job(s) as a public figure.
Ask yourself how a politician, who’s various public positions have paid relatively low six-figure salaries, became a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE without ever having worked a real job. She is a corrupt extortionist who can and has been bought and paid for; her service is owed to her creditors, not the American people. She will make trade deals (TPP) like her husband did (NAFTA) that hurt middle class and poor Americans for the benefit of her rich friends. She will turn a blind eye to the illegal immigration problem (like her husband did) that has lead to urban sprawl, crime, too few jobs for the population, lower paying jobs, and a lower quality of life for this and future generations. Hillary Clinton wants to increase the number of H1B visas which displaces even more American workers; meanwhile nearly 70% of Americans 18 to 34 are still living at home with their parents, unable to find a job, afford a home, or afford healthcare. The Clinton’s are bad news for America and their track record shows it.
Donald Trump may not have a perfect record as a PRIVATE CITIZEN, but he sure has created jobs, wealth, and shown an honest and sincere desire to keep America safe from terrorists, safe from illegal immigration, safe from bad trade deals; and his business success is a track record that shows he is capable of making deals that favor his shareholders.

These signs were documented to be in violation with the township. I know this because many of us called the town asking why such a huge sign was up amongst all the other signs which were tiny and temporary. This was clearly a well crafted and intentional sign. The town officials asked for them to be removed. I know this for a fact. I am certain they were probably taken down by a township worker or the landowner management company because they were a clear violation of voter advertising. I do not believe any thievery or vandalism took place. They were instructed to remove them by the code enforcement dept. If the chief is actually investigating this false story I suggest he begins with the code violation of Manalapan and enforcement office. They will probably tell him they removed it….

@kaye lastima I couldn’t agree more. It’s hard to respect people’s opinions when they are so blinded and see only what they want to see. I see the good and the bad of each candidate, put them on the scale, and see which one outweighs the other. I’ve seen many Clinton supporters agree and not defend what she has done, but Trump supporters will justify anything and everything. From my observations. I have family in the military and they are terrified of what will happen if Trump is in office. He lacks the diplomatic skills to negotiate reasonably with other world leaders. As much as we’d all like to tell some of these countries to eff off, the world just doesn’t work that way. It’s mind boggling that people think he’s going to get into office and think just because he says something, it’s going to happen. Like I said previously, government was not designed to work that way. We are not a monarchy. Will not be signing back on, so save your keystrokes. Try being a little more open minded. I put out a George Bush signs in 2004 and it was destroyed … I tried 2 more times and again, they were destroyed. The truth is, there are many intolerant, hostile democrats out there. This happens every election season. Republicans are always unfairly mocked and belittled in a hostile manner while the flawed democrats remain pretty much unscathed, thanks to a feckless media.
