The Manalapan Pigs Are Gone

Manalapan Mayor Mary Ann Musich announced during a Township Committee meeting last night that the pigs that arrived at the farm at the corner of Route 33 and Millhurst Road on Tuesday were removed from the property by the end of the day on Wednesday.

Following the meeting, Musich told MoreMonmouthMusings that the pigs were removed after Township Attorney Roger McLaughlin cancelled a meeting with a developer who is preparing a proposal for the property. McLaughlin informed the developer that there will be no discussions so long as there are pigs present on the farm, according to Musich.
