  1. Will lead to more traffic fatalities said at 11:31 am on August 9th, 2016:

This development, the development on Maxim-Southard, the development on Oak Glen, the sprawl from Lakewood into Howell — all projects that will add too much traffic to too small roads and Rt 9 can not handle any more traffic.

There are multiple traffic accidents daily and multiple deaths every month because the roadways just cannot handle any more traffic and there is no alternative.

All of the new developments MUST be stopped immediately until NJDOT, Monmouth County, and Howell Township along with all of the neighboring townships can figure out how to make the aging roadways safe enough to handle the increase in population.

Any more new developments will lead to more deaths, Howell Mayor Bill Gotto is personally at fault and should be personally held accountable.

So within a few miles of our house we can find hundreds of destroyed home yet to restored. Towns still struggling with diminished tax bases.

Yet in Howell and other places barely impacted by Sandy we have Sandy funded projects for politically connected firms and developers.

  3. There goes Howell! said at 9:06 am on August 10th, 2016:

More Dem transplants, more traffic, crowds, noise, trash for our landfill, and more schools and taxes for the “leaders” to blow! The place is so big, it probably ought to be two towns…but, the results will likely be the same- Monmouth getting too crowded, quality of life diminished, and, eventually, Democrat! Welcome to Essex, Passaic, Hudson, south.
