What those union thugs don’t understand is that they strike and hundreds, maybe thousands, of driver’s who are owner/operators and other small business lose a lot of money, and a lot of time. Look at the line of trucks sitting on the road – those are drivers who won’t be making money to feed their family today.

Only thing nice about a strike is that it’s publicized – normally what these union thugs do is just have a “work slow down” where everything seems to just take five times as long, not enough gates are open to get trucks in and out, but the port is open so the “news” of a problem isn’t reported.
It’s too bad that the port authority is such a corrupt bunch or useless political cronies. A real organization of administrators who care about seeing a job well done would terminate the union contract immediately and hire people willing to work.
