Under the deal, the state will take expanded responsibility and decision-making authority over Atlantic City’s finances, including the power to restructure municipal debt, alter or terminate municipal contracts and collective bargaining agreements, strike shared service agreements with the county, and sell or lease city-owned services, Christie said.

Will Christie – or his surrogates (the evil Rs) – now call for headcount reductions of AC’s massive number of employees working in the city and in the schools?

And in the perfectly choreographed dance move, the AC officials (the benevolent) and other members of the CORRUPT DEMOCRAT MACHINE (who caused the problem in the first place) can defend all the hard working public employees.

Then the debt can be restructured so AC can borrow more money to pay operating expenses – with all of us cosigning the loans

AC broke it – they can and should fix it.
