    This whole argument is crazy.
    The taxpayers invest tens of Billions of dollars here in NJ where our state constitution requires education be available to every child.
    Every child deserves to know if the education they are promised is effective.
    There should always be discussion about how to make the measurements better and better, but those that want to eliminate the measurements are not considering whats best for the children, the taxpayers, or the future of our society.
