    He cannot do it.

    He will need to raise $100 Million to get through the primaries. He will have to get on ballots in the primary states.

    With twenty-five candidates who want to the Republican nomination, most will not be able to find all that money and get on all the ballots.

    Federal authorities arrested Silver. Nothing similar has even been rumored about Kim.
