Because those thieving bums increased the number of numbers in Jersey Cash 5. It used to have the best odds in lotto. Friends from other states would mail me a check and I’d buy hundreds of tickets when the jackpot reached our minimum threshold of abour $450,000 – our odds at the time were a wonderful 1:64,000 – we never hit for 5 numbers, best we did was 4 a few times, but there were hopes, dreams and reasonable expectations that we could win and our few $s/week was deemed worth the risk. Now with the new numbers our odd are 1:962,000 to win a few pennies…. I send lotto money out of state now!
