Gannett’s USAToday Gets Pranked While Reporting Zimmerman Verdict

Newspaper/website conglomerate Gannett has more problems than the Asbury Park Press Editorial Board Neptune Nudniks.

The editors of the USA Today, the flagship paper of the Nudnik’s parent company, Gannett, were pranked over the weekend while covering the George Zimmerman verdict.

Deadspin caught the prank and saved it with a screen grab:

Given that most of Gannett’s news is reported elsewhere first, it is mildly surprising and greatly amusing that they weren’t on the lookout for pranksters given what happened to Oakland California TV station KTVU after the Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport last week.

    Absolutely hilarious. Whenever I feel down about the disaster occupying the White House, I will play this and double over with laughter. It also reminds us what idiots the elite liberal media numbskulls are.
