Cory Booker Endorses Incumbent Team In Asbury Park Municipal Election

Newark Mayor Cory Booker brought his 2014 U.S. Senate exploration to Congressman Frank Pallone’s backyard by endorsing ‘Forward Asbury Park,‘ the slate of mostly incumbents running in the May 14 municipal election in Asbury Park.

Booker and Pallone both want U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg’s job when he retires at the end of his current term.   The seat is up for grabs in the November 2014 election.  Booker and Pallone are unofficially competing for the Democratic nomination.

Pallone has so far stayed out of the Asbury Park municipal election.  Booker’s endorsement is a boost for the ‘Forward’ team.  If they win, it will be a boost for him in his contest against Pallone.

“Laser focus of keeping Asbury’s youth free from gangs and rugs” – LAUGHABLE. If that is the claim these fools are making, then they have done nothing but failed and Booker is simply endorsing more crime and supporting more gang violence.

Failures, all of them. Especially Booker.

how much of our money has gone, and continues to go into, the money pits of both Newark and Asbury, and what has really been any achievement? Piles of school aid, job training, health clinics, minority business assistance, law enforcement and protection, and many other social programs, that continue to be funded, without regard for accountability.. until and unless we get past the fear of being called racist, the moment anyone questions the leaders and employees of all of that, the hole will continue to be filled with the throwing of more good money after bad.. then, after all of this is invested in these urban areas, we still see the lack of any gratitude, many positive results, or an ability to get to any roots of the problems of the horrors of gangs and drug culture, resulting in the killing of their own people. Guess the continuing breakdown of the family, assisted by the entitlement and welfare mentality, doesn’t help a sad situation, either..Booker, our next US Senator, has been, and will continue to be,a beneficiary of becoming a detached member of the ruling class of libs, who say one thing, but live something else, while the money flows and the problems continue to fester.
