Adam Geller: Menendez is Corzine like vulnerable
Prominent Republican pollster and FoxNews analyst Adam Geller says that today’s FDU poll which has U.S. Senator Robert Menendez beating either Republican State Senator Joe Kyrillos or former Highlands Mayor Anna Little by a 43%-31%, is very bad news for Menendez.
In a memo to the Kyrillos for Senate Exploritory Committee obtained by MMM Geller said:
The takeaway from today’s FDU poll is Bob Menendez is very vulnerable and this is a real opportunity for a good candidate to defeat him. Any incumbent under 50% is in trouble and Menendez is under 45%, which means he is in major trouble. That is Jon Corzine territory
Joe Kyrillos, even though not yet a candidate, would make a very strong opponent for Menendez because of his personal and fundraising base and his consistently strong fiscally conservative voting record in New Jersey.
I would also note that only 28% of voters think the country is headed in the right direction. That is a terrible number for an incumbent arguing that he ought to be re-elected.
The bottom line of this poll is that if Joe Kyrillos were to jump into this race, Bob Menendez is in serious trouble.

Internal Poll has Kyrillos within 4 points of Menendez
Kyrillos took money from Dwek the 50 million dollar check bouncing informant, and Little protects illegal aliens as an immigration attorney conflicting with staple republican issues. Menendez protects illegal immigrants, and took money from Dweks buddies he got arrested in the sting. Rullo is the only candidate who hasn’t been in office as part of the problem, stands up to corrupt polticians like Ritacco in Ocean County, and wants to deport illegals & shut down wire transfer centers they ship money overseas. Rullo is the only candidate who has a 5,000 square foot campaign office, formally announced candidacy with major media, can win Ocean County that delivered Christy majority of his vote, has the support of decades of incumbents in Ocean County regardless of nomination, and is the only candidate raising money at a fundraiser I intend to attend next week. I am a proud supporter of Joe Rullo and looking forward to his victory.

Since Mr. Geller is putting stock in FDU polls, I would have liked to ask him about the poll FDU did that showed people who watch no news at all (perhaps living in a cave, lol) are more informed than people who watch Fox News….sorry could not resist!!
Menendez being 12 points up is hardly “very vunerable.” He is nowhere near as unpopular as Christie was. Little has no chance of being elected to the Senate in 2012. With that being said, can the right R candidate with all the stars stars being in alignment (unified party) run a competitive campaign and come within 4 or 6 points on election day….sure. Couple of thoughts:
1) If the top of the ticket is anyone but Romney, Menendez will not even have to campaign and will be reelected.
2) Whomever the nominee is (for arguements sake Kyrillos or Rullo), they need to be positioned as a moderate R (very few left unfortunately) in order to attract I’s and D voters.
3) That would mean not pledging their devotion and loyalty to Grover Norquist or taking any kind of dopey oath never to rasie taxes by even a penny on millionaries and billionaires.
4) Focus on jobs & the economey and don’t get tied to the insane positions and extreme statements on social issues being made by most of the R Presdential candidates. That would go over like a lead balloon with NJ voters and lead to a huge defeat.
5) R candidate needs to be seen as being competitive enough (with a chance of winning) to raise the huge amount of money which would be needed to run a serious campaign.
Rullo is that man Bob. I must add you have a great sense of NJ poltics you are on the money. I think Kyrillos is an incumbent in office even longer than Menendez. Rullo can beat Kyrillos in Monmouth with Anna Little in the race that is a fact. Hands down Rullo can carry Ocean County easily in primary, and by 50,000 in the general just as easily. We need a candidate who is respected by the elected leaders for working hard in the trenches, but at the same time isn’t corrupted like Rullo.

Mr. Black if you truly support candidates who follow the constitution I think Rullo would be of interest to you. He is having a press conference to bring attention to check cashing establishments who aide in wiring US currency overseas for illegal aliens. He supports making illegal aliens leave the US, and making their children illegal as well. He is the only candidate who stands solid with no excuses in this issue. I lost my business due to so many illegal aliens working cheap, so the issue is close to my heart. While every politician sold out with this number one issue he has just becomes more focused on it. I agree the website needs to be changed. I emailed his office yesterday and they told me it is under contruction. Whatever that means. I am a supporter of Rullo’s because I served in the military, and he helps veterans get their hearings. He also is working to get a new VA hospital in South Jersey. How do you stand on illegal immigration and a new veterans hospital? We need more citizens like Mr. Black to get involved in intelligent conversation. I respect your postings and follow your comments. Just because a person likes someones post on facebook doesn’t mean they support that candidate.

to the point, here?.. the point is, it will be next to impossible for anyone to beat Menendez: not because he’s a good Senator, far from it: we have just become far too politically- correct for our own good in this country: it makes many libs “feel good”, or “feel better,” to have an Hispanic taking up space in the Senate, and a half-black person in the White House: never mind that they are ruining our freedoms and way of life, as they rape us blind of our earnings, every single day.. I will be very stunned if Kyrillos has the intestinal fortitude, and really takes a stab at the man: he simply will NOT go, if the polls show Menendez with a sizeable lead, come March or April.. as for Rullo, sounds too far out of mainstream to present any type of campaign, and as for Anna, well, she’ll keep on running forever, no matter what, and be disappointed once again.. “Blue Jersey” will remain so again this cycle: it’s nearly impossible to break it.. if we couldn’t gain a new seat in last year’s legis. election, with Chubby supposedly so popular, the real NJ voter tendencies are still in place, and the mad unions will be out in double-force, from Obama, on down..
