Anthony McCray, 50, of Neptune Township has been arrested and charged with the possession and distribution of videos that depict the sexual abuse of children, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
On August 3, 2018, McCray distributed 16 videos depicting the sexual abuse of children via a peer-to-peer file-sharing program – an online connection of computers allowing the sharing of files directly between individual users. On November 18, 2018, McCray distributed an additional 86 videos depicting the sexual abuse of children via a peer-to-peer file-sharing program. On February 21, 2019, law enforcement executed a search warrant at McCray’s residence located additional child pornography.

Patrick D. Joyce, Jr., 35, of West Long Branch, a Long Branch Police Officer for 12 years, has been charged with fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact and Harassment, a petty disorderly persons offense, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni.
The charges are the result of an incident that occurred on February 1 at Jack’s Goal Line Stand during a private party celebrating the promotions of 12 Long Branch Officers. MMM was the first to report on the incident and the investigation.
It is alleged that at the private party Joyce inappropriately touched a 21-year-old woman without her consent for his own sexual arousal or gratification.

Henry C. Cirignano, 48, a New Jersey State Probation Officer who resides in Wall Township, was arrested on Monday and charged with with 2 counts of second degree Sexual Assault for coercing a women under his supervision into sexual activity, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Cirginano is currently in the custody of the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, pending the outcome of his detention hearing which is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 8, 2019. If convicted of Sexual Assault, he faces up to 10 years in a New Jersey state prison on each count, subject to the provisions of the “No Early Release Act” (NERA) requiring him to serve 85 percent of the sentence imposed before becoming eligible for release on parole. He would also be subject to the provisions of “Megan’s Law” and Parole Supervision for Life requiring a minimum of 15 years of parole supervision following his release from prison.

Sean Greeley, 57, of Rumson, was charged yesterday with stealing more than $25,000 from the Rumson Fair Haven Touchdown Club, a non-profit entity that was established to raise funds to support, develop, and promote High School and Youth Football in Rumson and Fair Haven, according to a statement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
The former president of the non-profit with control of all its accounts, Greeley is alleged to have used the club’s debit card for personal use between April 2017 and July 2018.

Terry Y. Kuo, 27, of Colts Neck, also known as Victor Lee, the Colts Neck tennis instructor who was indicted for kidnapping, rape and child pornography last month, was charged on Friday with being the ring leader of an Identify Theft operation that stole over $400,000 from retailer and financial institutions through the use of fraudulently obtained credit cards, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Sixteen people were arrested during “Operation Plastic Army,” a investigation that extended from November, 2017 through Janurary 2019, including Barbara Cirillo, an employee at a Colts Neck bank who was charged with opening fraudulent bank accounts for the scheme, according to the announcement.

Raquel Garajau
Raquel Garajau, the 21 year old Brookdale student from Tinton Falls convicted last September for the 2017 murder of Trupal Patel, 29 of Brick, was sentenced to 33 years in state prison today by Judge Joseph W. Oxley.
Garajau maintained her innocence in her remarks to Judge Oxley, according to coverage by the coverage by the Asbury Park Press.
Acording to a statement from Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni, the sentence carries a minimum of 30 years before Garajau is eligible for release. Once released, Garajau will be under parole supervision for five years.

Kevin Long, 28, of Wolfhill Avenue in Oceanport, was sentenced to six years in state prison for distributing photos and video which depicted child sexual abuse, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Terry Y. Kuo aka Victor Lee
Terry Y. Kuo, 27, of Colts Neck, also known as Victor Lee, was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on December 21 on 47 counts including kidnapping, sexual assault and other misconduct involving a student and other local children, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Kuo was a youth tennis instructor prior to his arrest on November 12, 2017. He was previously indicted last February on 15 counts of various sexual assault and child pornography charges.

Johnny Westbrook, 82, of Asbury Park, was charged with first degree murder in the hit and run death of Daniel Rivera, 63, also of Asbury Park, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.
Asbury Park police received a 911 call at approximately 5:11 p.m. for a hit and run incident on Friday evening. Law enforcement officials arrived to find the victim, Rivera, struck in the area of 3rd Avenue and Langford Street in Asbury Park.

Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni said that the Colts Neck murders of Keith Caneiro and his family were the most brutal he has witnessed in his career and that he would prosecute the case as a Captial Crime if New Jersey had the death penalty.
Paul Caneiro, 51 of Ocean Township, is charged with four counts of murder, aggravated arson and weapons charges, in the deaths of his brother Keith, Jennifer Caneiro, Keith’s wife, and the couples children, Jesse, 11 and Sophia 8, on November 20 at their home in Colts Neck.
