Islamic Company Selling “Sharia-Compliant Mortgages” Controls Asbury Park, NJ’s Boardwalk

With ISIS committing terrorism on 4 continents, and President Obama importing refugees from their home territory, now is a bad time to offer interest-free Sharia Law mortgages in America, but that’s exactly what one company is doing.

The beach town of Asbury Park, New Jersey has undergone a slow-grinding redevelopment for the better part of 30 years.   Bereft of money in 2007, the City sold millions of dollars worth of storied boardwalk buildings including Convention Hall to a private company – Madison Marquette.  Madison Marquette also owns concert venues near the boardwalk like the famed Stone Pony.  They are positioned in expensive retail properties across America in California, Ohio, Washington DC, Florida and more.

What few know is that Madison Marquette is owned by an Islamic company rooted in the Middle East; a company whose other subsidiary specializes in “Sharia Law Compliance” and lures Sharia-following Muslims to 23 states with interest-free home mortgages.

Suspended Middletown doctor admits forging prescriptions for painkillers

Union Beach Man Pleads Guilty to Streaming Kiddie Porn

Joseph J. Gentile, 43, of Broadway in Union Beach, pleaded guilty on Monday to Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Distribution of Child Pornography) before Superior Court Judge Ronald Lee Reisner, according to a statement by Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Gentile was arrested in March of last year after a CyberTip from  the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) revealed that Gentile was streaming a video of child pornography on November 23, 2014, over the Omegle network, an online video chat service.  He was released on $150,000 bail with no 10% option.

Monmouth County Awarded $714K in Road Safety Grants

Funding for projects in Middletown, Millstone and Upper Freehold

Freeholder Director Tom Arnone announced this afternoon that Monmouth County has been awarded $714,000 in federal funds to make safety improvements on County roads in Middletown, Millstone and Upper Freehold.

The improvements will be completed as part of two separate projects:

• Upgraded traffic signals, installation of dedicated left turn lanes, pedestrian countdown signals and highly visible crosswalks at the intersection of Leonardville Road (CR 516) and East Road in Middletown, $339,000
• Application of high friction surface treatment, safety edging (to minimize vertical drop-off and allow motorists to safely reenter the paved road) and signage to warn of curves along Stagecoach Road (CR 524) from Cherry Lane in Millstone to the intersection with Chambers Road and Roosevelt Road in Upper Freehold, $375,000.

On Monday my term serving in the NJ General Assembly will officially end. As I look back on my eight years in the Legislature, I’m proud of my legislative accomplishments and to have represented my constituents with honesty, integrity and personal accountability. I’m especially thankful that I was able to shine a light on issues that affect the more vulnerable segments of our society, including young people and individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental illness. I always felt that one of my duties as a public servant was to give a voice to those who are not always heard.
