Oceanport Man Gets 6 Years For Child Porn

Kevin Long, 28, of Wolfhill Avenue in Oceanport, was sentenced to six years in state prison for distributing photos and video which depicted child sexual abuse, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Superior Court Judge Richard W. English imposed the sentence on Friday, January 4, 2019.  Long pleaded guilty to one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child involving the Distribution of Child Pornography on October 22, 2018. Read the rest of this entry »

14 Arrested In Monmouth County Kiddie Porn Sweep

Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni

13 Monmouth County men and one male juvenile were arrested recently in a County-wide investigation into online child pornography, Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced this morning.

“Operation Trading Post” was conducted by the Prosecutor’s Computer Crimes Unit and Monmouth County Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force between June of 2018 and October 2018. The operation was designed to reduce online threats to Monmouth County children and to decrease the market for child sexual exploitation by focusing on those individuals seeking out and trafficking in child pornographic materials, according to Gramiccioni’s announcement.

Atlantic Highlands Man Arrested For Kiddie Porn Possession and Distribution

Brian Foley, 60, of Asbury Ave in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested yesterday and charged with possessing and distributing images and videos which depict the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni announced this afternoon.

Foley is charged with one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Distribution) and one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Possession).

The State’s investigation and initial forensic examination of Foley’s devices revealed evidence that he has possessed and distributed images and videos which depict the sexual exploitation and abuse of a child.

Manalapan Man Arrested By Feds For Producing Child Porn

Angelo Curato, 26, of Manalapan, was arrested by federal authorities today and charged with convincing children to engage in sexually explicit conduct online, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

On June 2, 2017, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at Curato’s residence. A forensic review of Curato’s laptop revealed hundreds of sexually explicit chat messages on his Skype accounts and hundreds of screenshots of boys engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

The defendant was arrested by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s at that time and charged with one count of third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Possession of Child Pornography and one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Distribution of Child Pornography.

He is charged today by federal complaint with one count of producing visual depictions of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Former Keansburg Teacher Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Distribution

Marc S. Marinoff, 31, of Pear Drive, in Marlboro, formerly a teacher at the Joseph R. Bolger Middle School in Keansburg, pleaded guilty to one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child involving the Distribution of Child Pornography today, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni.

Under the terms of his plea agreement, Marinoff faces a 3-year state prison term and will be subject to the provisions of Megan’s Law upon his release. Marinoff is permanently banned from holding any public employment in New Jersey and has forfeited his current public post as a school teacher.

Union Beach man charged with child pornography and gun possession

Henry Cicerale, 59, of Park Avenue in Union Beach, set-up a wireless Internet network at a neighbor’s home and was using that network to access, download, and distribute child pornography.  His computers and other digital media devices had hundreds of items of child pornography, an 11 month investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office concluded. Investigators also found an unloaded gun in his home.

Cicerale is charged with second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Distribution of Child Pornography, third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Possession of Child Pornography and second degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Prosecutor Christopher J. Oceanport Man Charged With Distributing Child Pornography

Kevin A. Long, 27, of Wolfhill Avenue in Oceanport, iwas charged with second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child in connection with the Distribution of Child Pornography and third degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child in connection with the Possession of Child Pornography, according to an announcement by Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Long was arrested following a joint investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and federal Homeland Security Investigations.
