So suddenly Tagliarini and his cronies have discovered the beachfront. Wow. Every election year they announce some new project there (an opportunity for a ribbon cutting with the necessary dog n pony show), only to neglect it after completion. Year after year.
Otherwise it’s just a neglected and eroded “no man’s land” of dumping, bonfires, drinking and impromptu fireworks displays. And it will continue to be.
This memorial interferes with Tagliarini’s photo op. It also interferes with the administration’s line that “nothing bad happens in Aberdeen”. Well, something bad did happen in Aberdeen, and the politicians have made it worse with their pettiness.
