Christie Pardons Shaneen Allen

Shaneen AllenGovernor Chris Christie has issued a full pardon to Shaneen Allen, the single mother from Philadelphia who was arrested on October 1, 2013 during a traffic stop in Atlantic County on gun possession charges.  Allen revealed to the police officer who stopped her that she was in possession of a hand gun that was licensed in Pennsylvania.

Allen told MMM that Christie informed her of the pardon during a phone call this afternoon.  She posted the good new on facebook and Brietbart broke the news including a copy of the pardon.  Allen had not seen the pardon paperwork until MMM sent her a link to the Brietbart report.

Allen, who had no previous criminal record, spent 40 days in the Atlantic County Jail following her arrest and before making bail.  Atlantic County Prosecutor James McClain rejected Allen’s initial  application for Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) and was on track to prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law, which could have included a 10 year jail sentence.

When former NFL star Ray Rice was given PTI by McClain after beating his wife in an Atlantic City casino, Allen’s case caught national attention through the efforts of second amendment advocates.  She was granted PTI last September.

Allen, a trained phlebotomist, lost her job as a result of this ordeal and remains unemployed.  She said she has been surviving by the generosity of friends, family and second amendment advocates.  She hope to secure employment quickly now that her record is clear.

Do you always have to be so hateful and bombastic, especially with regards to weight issues; especially when the Governor has done something to lose weight?

    Fata jokes are credibility torpedoes

    2 words for you Gene
    Menendez INDICTED.

    Liberal pig that he is

    @ Gene

First of all, my friends know not to use the moniker Jimbo with me. And you are certainly no friend.

But you are certainly, one low life piece of hating gutter trash that can not separate political issues from a personal medical situation, for there but for the grace of God, go you,

And you must be “stuck on stupid,” as I wasn’t talking about the GOP’s credibility, I was talking about your lack of credibility because of your use of such hate.

Socrates has a quote for people like you, “when the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser.” Except in your case, you lose right out of the gate because you go right to ad hominem attacks.

Poor Jeanie, he can’t separate hate from issues. I have issues with policies, but I don’t foam at the mouth like a rabid dog beating up politicians personally.

Sooner or later, you realize that there is more to life than hate and every word you speak and write is extreme hyperbolic hate.

    Good bye Jeanie.

P.S. See, I can do that too, play silly word games with names. But what has it done, nothing.

You can also address Jeanie by his former name, Manly Rash. Im not kidding, he used to go by that, probably a nickname he got at the institution

@ @ Jim – actually, his name is Bayshore Bull Puppy, and the bull doesn’t stand for strength it belongs before the word crap.

@ Gene, better a hack than a hateful person. But, if you think I have some sort of “power,” that’s your umpteenth mistake.

Now, please make sure you go to church tomorrow and find some salvation.

That’s all I have for this holiday weekend. I’ve already wasted too many keystrokes on you.

    Mr. Hoyas

This fits you well for you are a nattering nabob in all sense of the words

After an awful winter, with our “leader ” giving away our country, and in the middle of Passover and Easter season, why in the world can’t we stick to the debate of issues instead of devolving into continuous hate speech and personal attacks?? Jeesh, grow up and do something to save a soul, save a family, save an abused animal, save the country, for crying out loud!

  9. Jim Granelli said at 8:56 pm on April 6th, 2015:

    @ Good Grief!

I agree 100% and while I won’t play the “he did it first” line, there are some people that are just so bombastic and hateful “know it alls,” that they need to be shown the corner.

But sadly, they just keep on shoveling crap and they never learn.

    See what I mean?

    At Gene Hoyas,

If you knew anything about me, you would know that I’m retired. But you don’t, so you just flame the subject because you don’t ahve anything intelligent to say

How we got from a governor’s pardon( like him or not,) to a (resentful) gripe about people with a job/a pension, is beyond understanding! How sad, really..
