With or without the health care reforms, people (including myself) who get health coverage thru their employer have had their the employer change insurance providers which can result in not all of the physicians your family uses being in the new network.
So a good way to phrase it might be if you have insurance thru your employer, nothing changes for most people and you do get to keep your doctor under the reforms. But if your employer does change its insurance provider, as in prior years there are no guarantees that your doctor will be in the new network.
