Bayshore Tea Party Files County Slate In Monmouth GOP Primary
The Bayshore Tea Party has filed a slate of candidates to challenge the incumbent Republicans seeking reelection on the county level in Monmouth.
Daniel Peters is running against Sheriff Shaun Golden. Brian Largey and Edward Pekarsky are challenging Freeholders Tom Arnone and Serena DiMaso.
All three Tea Party candidates reside in Middletown.

What I find ironic is that as an active Middletown Republican, I couldn’t pick any of these three out of a lineup! Clearly, they haven’t done anything for the Republican cause in Middletown and now they want the Republican nomination for these seats?
Someone needs to disclose why these people are running and how the Tea Party can endorse these candidates when we have two Freeholders in Arnone and Dimaso who have provided ZERO tax increases the past two years. Doesn’t TEA party stand for Taxed Enough Already?

So Middletowner, you have had enough? So have I. I have had enough of our Republican legislators dehumanize and degrade our hard working public service workers and the unions they belong to; slowly taking away their hard sought benefits that these benefits came from through a time honored mechanism called collective bargaining. I am proud to say I am Republican; I am also proud to say I come from a family of union activists who are also Republicans. However, over time the Republican party has left them–not the other way around.
I have seen scandals in this county over the years where the Republican controlled county government failed to say a damn thing!! Where do I start? Larrison, Bid Rig, Brookdale, Sheriff’s Department—all have had or continue to have scandals and fraud and nothing….nothing has been said. Burry even supported the parties to the scandal. (Curley is the only one who said something)
We have Joe Oxley being approved for a judgeship. A man that supposedly has an FBI file because of that piece of garbage Solomon Dwek. Dwek claims Oxley gave him insider information about foreclosure information. I like to emphasize these are just allegations; however, Joe Kyrillos who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, conveniently fast tracked Oxley without requiring Oxley to give consent to the FBI to release his files. Why?? Why did Kyrillos receive campaign money from Dwek? Is Kyrillos going to return the tainted money from Birdsall Engineering??? I haven’t heard anything yet about this. Yep..I certainly have had enough.
My rights to bear weapons are surely being eroded by certain Republicans. I am concerned for the well being of myself and my family. These certainly are not the days of my parents’ Republican party.
You say the Tea Party stands for “Taxed Enough Already?” Give me a break! I have had enough already with these incumbents.
