Super Pooper’s Lawsuit Dumped

Dr. Thomas Tramaglini’s federal lawsuit against the Holmdel Police Department for releasing his mugshot to the media after his arrest for pooping in public has been dismissed by U.S. District Court Judge Anne E. Thompson, according to multiple media reports.

Tramaglini, 43 of Matawan, was superintendent of schools in Kenilworth when he was caught pooping at the Holmdel High School athletic field during his early morning run. He pleaded guilty and paid a $500 fine.

His lawsuit sought $1 million due to loss of income, harm to his reputation, emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

Tramaglini is now a project manager and consultant. according to his social media accounts.
