School Bus Fire At Middletown High School North

A school bus caught fire at Middletown High School North at about 7:20 this morning.

At 7:49 a.m. Lt. Paul Bailey of the Middletown Police Department confirmed the fire and said the department would be releasing information within an hour.

Mayor Tony Perry told MMM that there are no injuries.

MMM will update the story as new information becomes available.

The school sent out a phone call which said, “This morning, there was a bus fire in the front driveway. All students are safe and accounted for and have re-entered he building. As a result of the incident, there is extremely high traffic volume in front of the school. No students will be marked late this morning.”
