Marijuana Legalization Stalled In Trenton

Senate President Steve Sweeney announced that the proposed legislation to legalize recreational marijuana in New Jersey does not have the 21 votes need to pass in the Senate and will not be put to a vote today as planned.

    Sweeney will now break out the rubber hoses, drag recalcitrant Senators into a smoke filled back room and offer them bribes under the treat of a beating with said hoses. THAT’S how Democrats make sausage.
