Menendez is declared winner, Hugin not conceding

Bob Menendez has been declared the winner in his hotly contested reelection bid against former Celgene CEO Bob Hugin.

With 69% of the districts reporting, Menendez is leading Hugin 53.7 % to 43.%, according to the Associated Press.  The AP,  ABC News, NBCNews and  NewJerseyGlobe all declared Menendez the winner before 9 pm.

Hugin has not conceded as of 10:20 pm

    get all of our water systems checked? It appears something must have contributed to our collective insanity, with some of these candidates we get stuck with!

    If this was football, the fans would have left with time to go in the 3rd quarter. 36 million for what? Do better next time GOP.
