    if anyone can turn things around, it seems to be Kushner. Pretty depressing to see so many vacant stores and malls. The locals need to think about how the new eatables can help them still afford to live there: between the already busy seasonal racetrack/ beach traffic, and increasing impact of more people moving into this county, the congestion will likely be about the same, at the same times. If I were a young professional moving down here, that would be a great place to find a new home and life: excellent proximity to major roads and venues.
