A gracious Donald Trump claims victory but promises to unite the nation as president

Donald Trump did what many pundits doubted he could accomplish on Election Day. The real estate mogul won the presidency of the United States. While it was no landslide and he has no mandate going into his presidency, Trump still managed to pull off a victory that highlights growing divisions in the country. He tapped into…

Thank you rest of America, for taking down the 30 year Bush/Clinton dynasty. NJ as always full of hypocrites.

    What a night it was!

May God continue to Bless America, our American workers, the men and women who defend our nation and protect our communities and families.

May God give wisdom to our new President to properly restore the American Dream for our children and grandchildren.

May Americans restore their hope by truly regaining a sincere faith in God and ending the far left’s attempt to kick God out of our public square.

May all who have been led to the God of Abraham through Moses, Jesus (Eesa in the Koran) or Mohammed, finally understand that with the same God we all claim to worship, we are His children and we are all family; if not brothers and sisters, at least cousins, nieces and nephews.

May all remember the words Jesus taught us in the Lord’s Prayer, “Forgive us our tresspasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.”. May all of us understand that it is not a sin, but rather an act of belief and faith to extend a helping hand to one who has fallen.

In this, the forgotten people’s victory against a global elitist tyranny, let us extend hands together to unite this country and work harder than ever before to make this nation a beacon of light and justice for the world to see.

God is our ultimate ruler; may all we do now be pleasing to Him.

    GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Not the outcome I had hoped for but as the headline states Mr. Trump gave a very gracious speech which is a good sign and what the country needs right now.

The outcome of this election is a clear triumph of good over evil. Just look at the rioting in Oakland to see that liberal anarchy has been defeated. If Trump surrounds himself with the likes of Guiliani, Gingrich, Carson, Huckabee, etc he could have one of the most successful presidencies ever. Finally, an end to the Clintons

With Christie working at the “transition,” we need to watch carefully, and be sure he isn’t bring in Bush or Romney re- treads! They certainly did not help Donald one bit- and, the voters made it clear we want to move on from all of them. And, we know the gov can’t wait to hightail it outa Jersey ASAP- may we not get off on a bad footing!!

  6. Update: said at 5:29 pm on November 11th, 2016:

Glad to see our sharp president- elect has demoted the gov from transition chair, in favor of our new vp: good move.. Still concerned Chris being mentioned as possible Commerce Secretary: yikes, with an embarassing record here in NJ as to A C, at least 8 bonding downgrades, and too much unemployment, this is not the expertise we need right now,for the whole country! The truth hurts, but this is an unsuccessful, unpopular, and problematic person to give an “exit” job to!!

Looks like Jared Kushner has had his revenge on Christie for jailing his father.
