    Art it is not yet April 1st .
    It seems like every day is now April 1st.

    The deeds of corrupt cops, corrupt teachers, corrupt public servants and now “dead dolphins” all are now “private personnel matters” and the public will be protected from the truth at all taxpayer costs….for our own good.
